A clearer identity.
A continuing relationship.

My work with Sunrise Clean Care began with a redesigned identity and grew into a broader visual communication and marketing engagement. From late 2019 through early 2021, I led the creative direction, design, copywriting, and campaign ideas, with additional work continuing as needed.

A visual communication proposal helped frame the wider scope: bringing the company’s identity into everyday use, from vehicles and printed materials to the messages customers encountered online.

Building the identity.

Designed to be recognized.

The vehicle was an important test of the new identity. The Sunrise name needed to register quickly, while the services and contact information needed a clear order. I strengthened the wordmark and sunburst, simplified the service list, and gave the phone number greater prominence. More open white space and the blue water-and-bubble treatment brought the elements together, giving the vehicle a clearer presence and making the water-restoration offering easier to identify.

People and print.

The refreshed identity was designed to work in the hands of the team as well as in the hands of customers. Branded clothing and printed materials carried the same clear, practical presence into everyday service and sales conversations.

One identity. Many conversations.

The refreshed identity became an ongoing marketing system for Facebook and Instagram. Campaigns explained services, shared useful advice, marked seasonal needs, and gave customers reasons to stay connected—all with a recognizable Sunrise voice and visual presence.

Into the inbox.

The Sunrise identity was carried into direct customer communication through ongoing email campaigns. I developed campaign concepts, messaging, copy, and visual design around services, seasonal needs, and customer education, keeping each message useful while maintaining a consistent Sunrise presence.

Bringing it All Together.

From the service van to a customer’s inbox, the work brought Sunrise’s identity into the places where people encountered the business. Each piece had its own job to do, while the name, visual language, and tone connected the experience.

The project reflects how I work across identity, design, and communication: creating a clear foundation, then carrying it through the practical materials and ongoing messages a business needs.

CONTINUING THE RELATIONSHIP

The relationship later expanded to ANAGO of Atlanta, where I provided additional email campaigns and vehicle-graphics work for the owner’s commercial-cleaning operation.
